Why is the coaching profession experiencing significant growth these days?
Coaching has grown considerably, for many reasons. The world, in general, has changed enormously; coaching can help cope with these transformations. For example, it is a great tool in today's difficult job market: people change jobs more often and there are more and more self-employed workers and small organizations. Factors such as the following influence our reality and the need for support to deal with it:

The business environment is increasingly competitive, creating constant pressure on the quality of performance of individuals and they must be helped;
Downsizing, restructuring, mergers and other structural changes have radically transformed what one might call the “traditional employment contract”: traditional management methods no longer allow organizations to achieve results, and managers must take a step back in order to innovate;
Some sectors are experiencing a growing shortage of talented employees. To attract and keep the best people, organizations must commit to investing in the development of their staff, and coaching is a tool that meets these expectations well, supported by continuous research;
There is a growing gap between what managers were trained to do and what they now need to be able to do to meet the growing demand to deliver competitive results. A coach is able to support them in their journey to find the most appropriate path;
In many organizations, employees and leaders are worried they have to live with the fear of losing their jobs and the growing pressures that push them to perform ever higher. Coaching helps them accept reality while preparing for the future;
If they want to achieve their strategic goals while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate, organizations must create work environments that promote integration and collaboration. A coach can help a person develop new skills;
Organizations are better and better equipped to develop their staff in a targeted manner, and coaching corresponds very well to this need to develop individuals one by one according to the challenges they face in their respective positions;
Finally, coaching is now accepted in organizations as a real development tool, instead of simply being used for behavior recovery as was undoubtedly the case fifteen years ago;
Clients who have received coaching tell their colleagues and friends about it and are no longer embarrassed to discuss the very positive results they have achieved working with a coach. In fact, today, having a coach is mostly seen as a gift.
