Why draw up an amicable report?
The European joint report is completed in the event of a traffic accident: impact between several vehicles, accident with a pedestrian, a cyclist, a domestic animal, impact against real estate. To remember
The signatures on the front (part "Constat") are worth acceptance: the circumstances and the damage must be described there with precision.
The information on the back of the joint report (part "Declaration") is not binding on the opposing party.

How to send the joint report to his insurance?

If you have chosen the e-statement:
send it with the Ma Matmut application or from your Personal Space
or enter a 100% digital report with the e-report application if it is a material accident that occurred in France, involving at most 2 vehicles registered and insured in France.
