cqp training
Professional Qualification Certificates (CQP): this is a certification specific to the professional branch by which the certificate was created and which is recognized by companies in the sector. It is not a diploma since it is not officially recognized by the State, but rather a certification set up by the key players in one or more branches and whose quality is officially recognized by the professional world, because as close as possible to the reality of the professions and the problems of the branch.
The CQP aims to recognize qualifications and skills specific to a profession. It is mainly intended for employees of a company belonging to a professional branch, but also for adults wishing to resume a professional activity. It is a “diploma” created by professionals for professionals.
RNCPDefinition of the RNCP: The national directory of professional certifications aims to provide a valuable source of information for individuals and companies on titles and diplomas for professional purposes, whether issued by the State or by professional branches. The professional qualification certificates make it possible to recognize the know-how corresponding to the trades of the companies of the Pharmaceutical industry and to the evolutions of these trades.
They make it possible to certify the skills acquired through training or experience (VAE) and to develop skills through professional training adapted for the specific professions of the pharmaceutical industry.
... AND BEYOND THE DRUG INDUSTRY
The scope of recognition of the CQPs has been extended since the signing in 2006 of a common inter-branch charter.
The CQPIs recognize a base of professional skills common to the signatory branches (1), thus promoting inter-branch mobility and representing a real “passport” for employability. Today, the pharmaceutical industry recognizes 4 CQPIs: the CEI (2), the TMI (3), the Logistics Agent and the Team Leader that you will find in the CQPI file.
(1) Signatory professional sectors: Metallurgy, Paper and Cardboard, Textiles, Footwear, Tannery & Tanneries, Trade and Distribution (predominantly food), Clothing, Furniture, Distance Selling and Department stores and stores popular, Agri-food, rubber.
(2) IEC: control of industrial equipment
(3) TMI: Industrial maintenance technician
