Advance of penal bond

We can proceed in advance, on presentation of a security deposit or signature of an acknowledgment of debt, of the possible penal bond which would be required by the local judicial authorities for your release or to allow you to avoid a imprisonment, up to a limit of € 15,000 per insured. This advance will be remitted directly to the local judicial authority or to any body or person designated by it.

You would be held in return:

to designate us directly as the recipient of the funds in the event of reimbursement of the deposit decided by the judicial authority and, in the event of a reimbursement sent directly to you, to immediately return the refunded amount to us;
to reimburse the funds advanced within thirty days of the judicial decision which has become enforceable;
in any event, to reimburse us within sixty days of the date of payment.
