 Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) 14 day cooling-off period If you decide that this policy is not for you and you have not made a claim, you may cancel this policy within 14 days of it starting (this also applies to each renewal). If you cancel within the cooling-off period, we will refund any premiums you have paid for the policy, less any government levies, taxes or duties that we cannot recover. Even after this cooling-off period ends, you may still cancel your policy – see page 38. It’s very important that you comply with: • your ‘Duty of Disclosure’ (see page 28); and • the terms of your policy If you do not, we may refuse to pay your claim or reduce the amount we pay you. By law, we may also cancel your policy. This PDS is issued by The Hollard Insurance Company Pty Ltd (Hollard) ABN 78 090 584 473, AFSL No. 241436. Hollard is responsible for this PDS.
