radio and television broadcasts
broadcasting
Broadcasting (in German: Rundfunk) is a technique for the
unilateral transmission of signals to a large number of customers1.
Broadcasting can be applied to the transmission of analog or
digital signals, video, audio2 and related data such as teletext.

General principle
An emission site makes it possible to be picked up by the receivers
of its coverage area. The transmitter is still active whether the receivers are
on or off. Capture control must be operated remotely using measuring devices
installed in the coverage area and equipped with information transmission
devices (eg via the Internet).
broadcast
By extension, the English term broadcast defines not a standard but
a qualitative specification based on equipment, standards, standards and media
strictly adapted to the production of professional programs. In contrast,
"institutional", "semi-professional" or "general
public" equipment is mentioned.
telecommunications
As opposed to the notion of diffusion, it is possible to exploit
multicast or unicast which represent direct or even individualized links
between the broadcaster and the receiver.
BROADCASTING OR BROADCASTING AND WEB DISTRIBUTION OF COMMITTEE
PROCEEDINGS
broadcasting
Committees are authorized to televised their hearings, in
accordance with the provisions of the By-law, using the committee rooms
equipped for television broadcasting provided by the House. The media may also
televise committee proceedings using other facilities within the Parliamentary
Precinct. However, sufficient notice must be given to the clerk of the
committee. Committees wishing to televise or broadcast their hearings outside
the Parliamentary Precinct must obtain special permission from the House.
If the House grants additional broadcasting powers, the committee
concerned may need to obtain additional budgetary authorizations from the
Liaison Committee. Funding for television broadcasting is not included in the
regular budgets of committees.
Broadcasting of committee meetings is subject to the directives of
the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs. These guidelines are
very similar to those that apply to broadcasting the proceedings of the House.
Webcast
Committee public proceedings are sent via a live webcast service
called ParlVU. The webcast tracks all televised committee meetings and House of
Commons deliberations. ParlVU also allows you to follow the soundtrack of all
non-televised public meetings.
