ATTENTION TO THE HEAD!
Cocoa sometimes hurts the head because its theobromine (a kind of natural caffeine cocoa) causes a variation in the diameter of the blood vessels that may be the cause of migraines, but it is also good boosting morale. It contains magnesium (antistress), serotonin (mood regulator), theobromine (stimulant), which fight against stress and mood swings. And besides, just imagine a cup of steaming cocoa or a mouthful of ganache, you're already in a good mood, right?
