Tabuk, or Tabouk is a city in Saudi Arabia. It is the capital of the province of Tabuk. It had an important role in the time of the caravans, at the same time as the oasis of Al-'Ula, located 250 km to the south.

The city has 441,351 inhabitants.

It was the site of the Battle of Tabouk which marked in 630 the beginning of the Arab-Byzantine Wars.

One can visit the fortress, and the railway station of the Hedjaz railway, of Ottoman era.

Numerous archaeological sites are nearby, including Al Bidaa.
