What is an E2 visa for investors?

The E-2 visa is a work permit. It is intended for any person or company wishing to make an investment in the United States. This permit will allow you to invest sums of money in the United States:

 

in an existing business or

in a new business that you will physically run in the United States.

To obtain it, your company or your employees targeted by the request must meet several criteria:
