Healthy eating
Introduction
A good diet is an essential component of health. It does not
exclude the enjoyment of nutritious foods depending on how much our bodies need
to perform to their full potential. There is a lot of information about
nutrition and proper nutrition, which can leave some people puzzled as to what
really means eating well. It's not complicated once you know the basics. The
benefits of good nutrition in both the short and long term will be beneficial.
Good nutrition helps protect chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease,
diabetes, osteoporosis, obesity, stroke and hypertension.
