موضوع انجليزي عن احتفال عائلي
The Muslim feast marking the breaking of
the fast of the month of Ramadan. It is celebrated on the first day of the
month of chawwal. It is also sometimes
called Aïd es-Seghir
Origin of the Eid el-Fitr
Eid el-Fitr, or festival of rupture, is
the commemoration marking the end of the fast of Ramadan. This celebration is
the expression of the forgiveness granted by Allah to the Muslims who, during
the month of Ramadan, were able to show their submission in order to atone for
their sins of the past year.
When he created the ceremonial attached
to Eid al-Fitr, Muhammad (Mohammed in French) insisted on the attitude of
righteousness and piety that was to be attached to it so that the believers
could begin a new year in the most Virtuous.
Celebration of Eid al-Fitr
Aid al-Fitr marks the end of the fast of
Ramadan. It is customary to start this festive day at dawn by going to the
mosque for the first prayer of the day. This is an opportunity for children to
receive new clothes and gifts.
It is also a time of reunion and
charity. It is worth visiting his parents, his friends and celebrating this
feast around a feast, but it is also important to make gifts to the needy, to
share.
Eid al-Fitr in the world
O In Indonesia, the faithful call the
feast of Eid more commonly "Lebaran" which signifies
"dispersion" (after the communion of the fast).
O In the Maghreb, Eid al-Fitr is also
called "Aid as-Saghir", Saghir means small, in opposition to
"Eid al-Kebir", Kabir meaning large. These two events are the main
celebrations of the Muslim world.
O In Africa, the festival is called the
kority, Karamas' Sallah or Djingar Keyna, which simply mean little party.
O In the Philippines, the first event of
the day is the prayer that traditionally precedes a family picnic where food is
shared as a sign of friendship.
O In Malaysia, it is a special occasion
to dress in a traditional costume, to join the mosque for prayer and to end
with a contemplation in the cemetery.
